Here you can see sightings done last month: January 2017.
- Rías Baixas (Galicia, Spain): bottlenose dolphin (Tursiops truncatus) and common dolphin (Delphinus delphis).
- This time the same group of bottlenose dolphins have been sighted twice in “Ría de Vigo” during two diving trips with Atlantis Buceo. They were around 40 animals, including young ones. The first time was the last day of 2016 and the former, the 6th of January (“Día de Reyes”) .
- Another group of bottlenose dolphins, smaller one (7-10 animals), has been sighted inside (yes, inside!!) the harbour of A Pobra do Caramiñal on the 7th and 12th of January.
- Common dolphins were seen close to the southern island of Cies, in the outer part of Ría de Vigo.
This month some other sightings of previous months have been reported. Have a look at them here.
